Health Insurance regulation by the FSA


The Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulates the sales and administration of all private health insurance.  Visit their website at www.fsa.gov.uk, to find out more information.  Each insurer will have its own complaints procedure and be covered by the financial ombudsman but if you have a complaint or would like independent advice, contact the FSA.
