Located in Middlesbrough at the one life development, Tees Sight Clinic provides a number of refractive surgical procedures to its patients. The clinic aims to give high quality eye care to the people of Teeside. It also has good links with the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough. There are also a number of other health related facilities on site.

Patients are pre-assessed by the consultant ophthalmologist Mr Soeldner using wavefront technology to scan the eye surface. This consultation lasts approximately 90 minutes and also includes a general check-up of the eyes and eyelids to ensure that corrective surgery will be suitable. The clinic offers all the major types of laser surgery, including LASIK, LASEK and PRK.
