Overrefraction


A prescription that is measured over the top of your contact lenses i.e. an extra or change in prescription. For example, if you are wearing contact lenses with a prescription of -3.50, and you have an overrefraction of -0.5, then your contacts should be changed to a new prescription of -4.00.
