An condition which effects the eye as follows:

Wide-set eyes
Abnormal Iris
Irregular Pupil
Cataracts
Blindness

Other characteristics include:

Broad bridge of the nose
Heavy ridge over the eyes
Protruding jaw
Skin cancers around the eyes, upper lip and cheeks
Mental retardation
Seizures
Brain tumours
Rib abnormalities

It is an inherited condition with an autosomal dominant trait and is treated by a range of specialists from ophthalmologists to oncologists.
